We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Slovak Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data.
2. What we process and why
- Contact form and messages (WhatsApp, e-mail, phone): name, phone number, e-mail, town, what your business does and the content of your message – so we can reply and prepare an offer. A copy of an enquiry sent through the form is stored in our internal client management system. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- New website questionnaire: the details about your business you send us (contacts, services, prices, opening hours, texts and photos) – so we can build your website. Most of this is meant to be published on your website. Legal basis: steps before entering into a contract and performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Payments: card payments are processed by Stripe. You enter your card details directly with Stripe; we never see or store them. Stripe only tells us about the payment (amount, date, status, e-mail and billing details). Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Clients: identification and billing details – to perform the contract and keep accounts. Legal basis: performance of a contract and legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).
3. How long we keep data
Enquiry data for at most 12 months if no contract follows. Client data for the duration of the contract, and accounting records for 10 years as required by Slovak accounting law.
4. Who we share data with
We don't sell data. It may be processed by our technical providers, e.g. the provider of hosting, database and e-mail sending (Cloudflare, Inc.), the payment processor (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Ireland), messaging services (WhatsApp / Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.), our e-mail provider and our accountant. Transfers outside the EU rely on standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
5. Cookies
This website uses no advertising or analytics cookies. We only measure overall visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and builds no visitor profiles. It only stores technically necessary data in your browser (for example, that you closed a notice, or a questionnaire you haven't finished, so your answers aren't lost). This stays in your browser until you clear it. Embedded Google Maps may set their own cookies when displayed.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object. Just write to pavle.juraj2@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Slovak data protection authority, Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava.
