Privacy policy

1. Controller

We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Slovak Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data.

2. What we process and why

• Contact form and messages (WhatsApp, e-mail, phone): name, phone number, e-mail and the content of your message – so we can reply and prepare an offer. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Clients: identification and billing details – to perform the contract and keep accounts. Legal basis: performance of a contract and legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).

3. How long we keep data

Enquiry data for at most 12 months if no contract follows. Client data for the duration of the contract, and accounting records for 10 years as required by Slovak accounting law.

4. Who we share data with

We don't sell data. It may be processed by our technical providers, e.g. the hosting provider (Cloudflare, Inc.), messaging services (WhatsApp / Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.), our e-mail provider and our accountant. Transfers outside the EU rely on standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

5. Cookies

This website uses no advertising or analytics cookies. It only stores technically necessary data in your browser (for example, that you closed a notice). Embedded Google Maps may set their own cookies when displayed.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object. Just write to info@example.sk. You may also lodge a complaint with the Slovak data protection authority, Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava.
